Position Overview

This position's primary responsibility is to enter, correct and audit ring orders that require to be remade or repaired for Warranty Service in mainframe or Oracle systems. This includes High School, Military, Junior High, College, Retail, and Specialty Markets. Other additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing any lost orders (RLI/SST), or orders that a customer keeps while their product is being remade (CIR), Maintaining the LIM mailbox, maintaining necessary data documentation, clearing any kick-outs that occur in the systems, answering factory questions from all facilities, and serving as a back-up for the other members of the Warranty Team. Maintain weekly spreadsheets for productivity and errors. Extensive system knowledge is required. Ring design and product knowledge is essential when communicating with other teams and manufacturing facilities


-High school diploma or equivalent.

-Minimum of one-year experience in ring designs, options and systems preferred.

-Accurate math, verbal and written communication skills.

-Ability to operate a 10-key calculator.

-Attention to detail and ability to scan for accuracy

-Ability to make decisions and exercise judgment.

-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

-Ability to learn Oracle order system

-Ability to learn AS400

-Type 45 wpm

-Ability to use MS Excel and MS Word.
