Position Overview

This is an entry level phone position in the consumer contact center. The position could include but is not limited to any combination of the following:

*Inbound customer service and/or sales calls

*Outbound calling to customers on past due accounts

*Placing orders

*Brochure requests

*Updating Order information

*Research valid phone numbers and addresses

*Follow up communication with consumers requesting additional information regarding their current/cancelled orders

Responsibilities

*Handling some types of consumer requests by inbound/outbound phone and written communications relating to orders, status, requests, and general information.

*Open mail and direct to appropriate departments or respond to consumers. Correspond in writing on consumer requests.

*Interface with plant and other departments to resolve questions and problems

*Team participation and responsibilities and special projects.

Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Minimum of 1 year experience providing direct customer support

*computer and keyboarding skills including Microsoft Suite

*Ring knowledge preferred

*Strong organizational and prioritizing skills

*Ability to handle multiple tasks

*Detail orientated; accuracy in dealing with data and systems

*Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve established goals and meet crucial deadlines.

*Ability to problem solve in a fast paced and ever changing environment

*Excellent verbal and written communications
