This role works closely with Scholastic, Yearbook and College sales reps and managers to coordinate their orders for marketing materials, and resolve related questions or issues.
Communication with sales reps, managers and internal departments
*Enter data from orders to appear on reports for MS area, schedule vendor print dates and ship/delivery dates, and coordinate orders throughout the process
*Monitor reports to ensure orders are on time plus general knowledge of various mailing processes and equipment to mail various promotional materials
*Follow-up and expediting of orders sourced to outside printers
Audits headers (order templates) and schedules orders received from reps
*Coordinate and schedule print orders for the yearbook, high school, and college collateral used to support the selling effort of sales representatives in these markets
*Check and edit order details and ensure sales person is adhering to policy/ procedures and pricing guidelines
Follow up on questions, non-compliance issues and/or problems
*Resolve issues arising from reps, managers, marketing, outside vendors and internal staff
Work on special promotions or other projects as required
*High school diploma or equivalent
*1-2 years¿ experience in customer service and/or offset printing facility
*Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Requires high accuracy and close attention to detail
*Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
*Ability to multi-task
*Strong problem solving, organizational, prioritization skills and follow-up skills
*Experience in use of proprietary software
