Position Overview

Individual is responsible for daily and weekly reports such as clearing orders from the weekly distribution report, monitoring inventory and aging on on-hold and pending report, etc. Contacts customers and/or sales agents on incomplete orders. Monitors assigned email boxes. Opens and distributes mail and faxes. Completes appropriate tasks associated with the mail. Maintains change look-up file. Receive inbound calls from consumers on fatal error answers. Also backs up rep services phones and assists on projects as necessary. Supports the reps services team as a whole.

Qualifications

*High School diploma or equivalent

*1 year previous customer service or order processing experience

*Ring knowledge and general accounting background preferred

*Cap and gown product and process knowledge preferred

*Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications

*Strong oral and written communication skills

*Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

*Ability to make decisions and exercise judgment
