Responsibilities

The Territory Sales Representative, (TSR), contributes to the growth of the College division by increasing sales through acquisition of new accounts and deepening distribution/penetration within existing accounts.

The overall responsibility is to deliver on the divisional business plan within the territory. In doing so, the TSR effectively translates the business plan into account specific tactics. The TSR is able to successfully advance through the selling cycle in highly political customer environments and effectively manage the balance between sales, service and administrative responsibilities. While this is a sales position, approximately 70% of the role is servicing.

The TSR will thoroughly understand the college/university market, B2B selling processes designed to position Jostens as a strategic resource to our customers, and B2C marketing execution including retail merchandising. The TSR works with key University constituents such as the President, Registrar, Bookstore Manager, Athletic Director and Director of Alumni Relations to position Jostens as a strategic partner.
