Position Title: Seasonal/Temporary HR Recruiting Coordinator
Job Summary :
This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the recruiting team. This includes coordinating phone and on-site interviews including travel/lodging arrangements and acting as intermidiary for any interview needs. Will assist with the placement of the internal and external postings; Maintaining the internal posting boards and job listings; Assisting in the placement of recruitment advertising of all types, including print, radio and on-line postings; May assist in coordinating recruiting programs such as Job Fairs, off-site Recruitment fairs as well as supporting the recruiting process as needed by performing phone screens and references.
High School education or the equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Previous experience in human resources, business or related experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Proven ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities.
Ability to interact with all levels of management inside and outside of the Company.
Responsive sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing demands with a smile.
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and on-line job boards required; experience with social media preferred
